When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, from, excluding UK Bank Holidays. Once your order is placed, our team will handle it within 48 hours before passing it to our trusted shipping partners
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase
Can I track my order?

When each order is successfully dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number for real-time delivery updates

How can I return my purchase?

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. For hygiene reasons, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at returns@menfrommars.care once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned items.
